Due to Covid 19 you will need to wear a mask and remain in your vehicle until a staff member comes out to get you for your appointment time .

It is a good idea to have your Care card number/extended health coverage with you on the first visit. If you have any x-ray , CT scan reports etc. it is always helpful to bring those. You may want to bring your own shorts if we are treating your hip/knee ankle. We do have shorts and gowns at the clinic if you forget your own! Sometimes the physiotherapist will ask you to bring in your shoes +/- orthotics if you wear them.

How long will my appointment take?

Typically the first appointment will take approximately 30 -60 minutes. After that the physiotherapist treating you will be able to give you an idea of the length of the following visits and how many you may need.
